  1. What is a great money saving idea specifically for your product(s)? Baking fresh baked rolls are less expensive than pre-baked products and take up less space in the freezer.
  1. What is the one thing you wish all operators knew about the industry? That proofing and baking fresh breads isn’t nearly as scary as it sounds. The only extra step is the time to allow nature to take its course and have the bread rise. Most operators heat up their breads, so there is no additional step taken to bake fresh bread products.
  1. What is the most creative way an operator has used your product(s)? It varies based on their menu and their personal creativity. Frying bread dough to make sopapilla’s and sprinkling with cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar are becoming very popular
  1. What current culinary/restaurant trends are you seeing in the market? Fresh baked breads are becoming more popular trend as operators are featuring more fresh concepts.
